Amy grew up wandering the Wind River Mountains on horseback when the West still felt wild, building a lifelong connection to working landscapes and the people who care for them. Today she helps run her family’s cattle ranch in southwest Wyoming, giving her a practical, lived understanding of how conservation and ranching must work together to keep land healthy, productive, and intact. She brings more than two decades of land‑program and conservation‑easement experience to her professional work. As a Certified General Appraiser with Yellow Book certification, she offers deep expertise in land valuation across the Intermountain West, with a career spanning federal land programs, land trust partnerships, and private‑landowner projects.
